Please carefully read the following terms and conditions. By visiting this website, you agree to the terms and conditions of use as well as our privacy policy. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your order will not be processed unless the box near the terms and conditions signifying that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions is checked.

All of our charges will appear on your credit statement as NALAGEN*EnLuxeJewels

By placing an order, you agree to our full terms and conditions and to enroll in a 14 day trial offer (10 days trial + 4 days shipping), where you will receive your product and your credit card will be charged S&H of $6.95 USD. If our product is not right for you, simply call or e-mail within 14 days of your initial order to cancel your trial and owe nothing more. Otherwise, at the end of your 14 day trial (10 days trial + 4 days shipping) you will be automatically enrolled into our Auto Delivery Program and your credit card will be charged a total of $98.87 USD for the initial package. 30 days after your initial $98.87 USD charge (and every 30 days thereafter), you will be sent a new product from our collection and your credit card will be billed $98.87 USD (S&H included). There's no obligation, you can cancel your trial membership by using one of the following methods:

1 - Calling our support department at (855) 909-1114, available Monday - Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST).
2 - Emailing our support department at [email protected] Please allow 3 business days to receive confirmation of your cancellation from our email department. When emailing us, please include your full name and address, as well as the name of the product that you ordered.

Please note: All cancellations receive a cancellation confirmation email that is sent to the email address that you provided to us upon ordering your trial package. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email when canceling your trial, please contact our support department to confirm that your trial is cancelled.

The 14 day trial period includes shipping and transit time. Customers usually receive their product within 3-5 business days of ordering. If you want to extend your trial period due to slow postal delivery or delayed pickup, you must contact our support department.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION WILL HOLD YOU LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU, IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US WITHIN THE 14 DAY GRACE PERIOD.

Cancellation & Return Policy

14 Day Trial Period (10 days trial + 4 days shipping) Cancellation;

To cancel your monthly auto ship membership you must contact us within your 14 day trial period (10 days trial + 4 days shipping) to avoid being billed $98.87 USD and receiving future shipments.

Product Cancellation and Refund after your 14 Day Trial Period (10 days trial + 4 days shipping);

We offer a 30 day product refund policy evaluated on a case by case basis once you receive your first supply outside of your 14 day trial period.

After the 14 day trial period (10 days trial + 4 days shipping) has expired, call or contact our support department via email to request a refund. Each case is handled individually based on circumstances leading to request of refund.

You will receive a response within 3 business days.

Please Note:

1) We cannot accept packages marked "Return to Sender."

2) Please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.

Shipping and Insurance

The standard ground mail service is shipped via the United States Postal Service First Class Mail. We will make your shipment our priority and ship these packages out the same day for all orders placed before 1PM Pacific Standard Time and the next day for all orders placed after 2PM Pacific Standard Time (packages will arrive within 3-5 business days). Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.

Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time as deemed necessary. Any and all changes will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use this website after changes are made to the terms and conditions, you are indicating your consent to the new terms and conditions.

Billing Issues

If you believe that you have been erroneously billed, please contact customer support immediately of such error. You release us from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to us within thirty (30) days of its publication.
